Data Ownership & Obligations

Before Using the Services:

• You warrant that you possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use, share, and authorize us to process Your Data.

By submitting Your Data, you grant 9gen.ai a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, analyze, and transmit Your Data solely to deliver the Services.

We commit to:

• Using aggregated, anonymized, or derivative insights (e.g., usage trends, statistical patterns) to improve our AI models, algorithms, and Services. Such insights may persist even after Your Data is deleted.

We will not:

• Use identifiable portions of Your Data to create marketing materials, media, or public content without your permission.

External Use & Liability

9gen.ai bears no responsibility for legal, financial, or reputational consequences arising from your use of Services outputs outside our platform. You are solely accountable for verifying the accuracy, legality, and suitability of results generated by the Services.

Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Services may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, security updates, or technical improvements. Where feasible, we will provide advance notice of disruptions.

Purchases & Credits

• All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
• Unused credits may expire as specified during purchase or per our policies. No refunds or compensation will be provided for expired credits.
• We reserve the right to modify credit pricing or Service fees at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Hong Kong courts.

Additional Provisions

• Liability Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by law, 9gen.ai disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
• Modifications: We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
